Halloween in Chapel Hill is a big.... a really big deal. Which makes it a very fun night and holiday. Especially with all of your best friends. My friends Abby, Kristyn, and Kelly were all here for Halloween and I was so excited for them to see Chapel Hill and to also see Heeloween. Our house along with my friends from out of town were all Pacman characters! We got a lot of compliments actually and had many random people taking pictures of us on Franklin.
